At INTONE Shop , we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
1. Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply return it in its original, unused condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached) for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item:

- Step 2: We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Step 3: Pack your items securely (in the original packaging if possible) and ship them back to the address provided. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Items Eligible for Return:
- Clothing (in original, unworn condition)
- Accessories (unopened and unused)
- Sale items (if specified as returnable)
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Items purchased from our final sale section
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Any items that have been used, worn, or altered
2. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and then place a new order for the item you’d like. Exchanges are processed as returns, and a new purchase is required.
If the item is in stock, we will process your return and issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method as soon as your returned item is received and inspected.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that the shipping costs you paid for your original order are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we’re sorry! Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue quickly. We’ll arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
How to Report a Damaged or Defective Item:
- Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

5. Late Returns
Returns received after the 30-day return window will not be accepted. However, we encourage you to contact us if you need assistance, as exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for valid reasons.
6. Gift Returns
If you received a gift from someone and need to return it, you can exchange it for another item or receive store credit. Please contact us with your order details to arrange the return.
